Mission: understand data

'Unlimited' is mostly true โ€” on your phone, in the UK, at normal hours. The exceptions live in three predictable clauses.

cenioklo is an independent info site. Zero connection to Three, O2, Sky, EE, Vodafone or anyone else โ€” their names only mark what a page is about. We never take payments, never see accounts, never ask for codes or card details. For anything about your bill or contract, your network's official line (printed on your bill) is the right call. Ours (020 3996 8779, standard landline rate) is for general guidance only.

The three clauses

Where 'unlimited' bends

  1. Tethering

Hotspotting laptops is the clause networks police โ€” some plan generations cap it even on unlimited tariffs. Heavy hotspot user? Read this clause before signing anywhere.

  2. Slow-down rules

At a rammed mast, extreme users can be deprioritised so everyone else survives. Normal players never notice.

  3. The border

No plan is unlimited abroad โ€” fair-use ceilings always apply. Roaming mission.
